Come On Already

I was born a 10-month-old baby. I came out late and I’ve never been late since. I’m a punctual person.

When I’m not Working

My favorite thing to do is hang out with my family- my wife Naomi and our 2-year-old daughter Elizabeth. I also enjoy woodworking.

In Good Company

I like that everyone here at Houston Window Experts has a commitment to excellence. I also feel encouraged every time I talk to any of our people. I love that I get to go into different people’s homes and hear their stories. When I can help people realize their vision and marry their needs with reality, it makes me really happy.

Nope

I absolutely abhor bell peppers. Now I tell people I’m allergic to them so they will leave it out of the dish.

Hands Down, Columbia

I love traveling and learning about different cultures, viewpoints, and what people value. It’s interesting how other cultures have not only their own traditions and way to do things but also their own perspectives and lenses they view the world through. Here in America, when you or I  want to feel if it is raining outside, we hold a hand out with the palm facing up. In Colombia, they do the same thing but with the palm facing down.

Just Sayin’

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and can say hello in many different languages.

Spin the Globe

Denver, Colorado- a baby

Costa Rica- 2 years old

Medellin, Colombia- my growing up years

My parents were missionaries there and that is where my two younger brothers were born.

Psalm 24:1

Lately, this verse has been encouraging to me, “The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.”

School and Beyond

All Nations Community School is a private school in the Woodlands, TX. I helped found it and am on the board. Our goal is to transform kids’ lives and to help transform families. We want to be an excellent school academically, for our students to make an impact globally because of their education, and to embody Christ without having Chapel at the school.

On the Ball

I grew up playing soccer and was on a semi-pro team in high school. I played in college but I stopped playing because I didn’t want to devote my life to it. Now I play for fun in a league in the Woodlands. I don’t destroy anything but my ego anymore when I go out to play.
