Raised in Lake Jackson, just south of Houston, Nadi is a proud West Point graduate with over 15 years of military service (9 years active duty and 6 in the reserves, where he still serves). He earned his MBA from MIT Sloan and spent four years at McKinsey & Company in the Operations Practice, helping businesses solve complex challenges and implement impactful solutions.

Nadi joined The Window Experts in September 2025 to work alongside an exceptional team to continue to deliver on a simple promise: treat homeowners with respect and create a best-in-class window and door replacement customer experience for homeowners.

Outside of Work:
He loves spending time with his wife, Sarah, and twins, Yousef and Yara, as well as traveling, staying active outdoors, and keeping up on the movie scene.
